What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the self-service functionality. Employees can easily access and update their personal information, review pay stubs, and request time off without HR intervention. This not only saves time but also empowers employees to take control of their HR-related needs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The reporting capabilities.

Excellent tool to manage all areas of HR

What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?

One of Dayforce's strongest points is its ability to automatically calculate payroll. Payroll has been greatly simplified and accelerated by this new functionality. In addition, they provide a unified platform for all HR needs, including but not limited to recruitment, personnel records management, benefits administration, and more.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Dayforce helped us fix an issue we were having with the hiring process for supervisors. Our application procedure is now more streamlined, and the involvement of managers has been maintained. I've always admired the intuitive design of hiring tools. It streamlines the application and screening procedures.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The UI is very confusing for managers because of the multiple timesheet views. Even after extensive training of staff and management, we continue to run into difficulties.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We're switching to an electronic system from one based on paper. With the help of the document management and library features, we can keep track of all of our employees' information in a safe and organized manner.

The thing I dislike most about Dayforce is that its implementation and customization can be complex and time-consuming, requiring significant setup and training.

I’d recommend ensuring you have strong implementation support, allocating enough time for training, and clearly defining your HR and payroll processes before deploying Dayforce to maximize its value.
