What differentiates Datasite Diligence Virtual Data Room from other similar products?

Datasite integrates other complimentary offerings into its core VDR offering (i.e. redaction, deal marketing tool, etc.) which differentiates them above competitors.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to redact within the VDR platform.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes it feels as though there are too many functionalities, which on one end are a blessing but ultimately can overwhelm.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Invest the time to understand what you need from a VDR solution. For a very comprehensive solution, Datasite is an excellent tool.
