Like how user friendly it is. The UBS gets a bit confusion due to password encryption.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The drag and drop feature makes it very easy to use and the files are well organized.

What do you dislike most about this product?

USB encryption set up sometime does not have instructions.

Request in advance for instruction on physical USB drives
