Great email security product with customization

What differentiates Darktrace/Email from other similar products?

Compared to Microsoft's own phishing filter it's way better, because it doesn't only check the email security headers but also checks loads of other data to see the likelihood an email is phishing or spam. We were also able to create stricter spam (graymail) filters for users who received a lot of emails.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The customization. If you know how it works, you can completely create your own models.

If you want to have good insights and customizability I recommend following the offered trainings as they explain those aspects well.
