What differentiates CYPHER from other similar products?

Matrix customer service is superior to other LMS companies I contacted. Their team goes above and beyond to help users create an intuitive and engaging platform for customers/clients/students.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I really appreciate that I was able to customize the platform for customers. I love that Matrix utilizes Zapier, which enabled me to automate enrollment (thus vastly improving the customer journey).

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are a few bugs that haven't been fixed over the past year that I've used this product. I also don't like that Matrix deleted their lowest pricing plan and are forcing upgrades to the next higher level. Overall, though, I'm extremely happy with Matrix.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend doing a trial to make sure the platform can best support your product, and be sure to take advantage of the Matrix team. They'll help get everything up and running smoothly.

What differentiates CYPHER from other similar products?

The amount of features and availability of the customer support team.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of this product is the ability to sync course changes across all child courses at the click of a button. Additionally, I love the amount of flexibility and customization of the different features, such as Portal configuration, categorization, content creation, and account types.

What do you dislike most about this product?

That I can't separate students within the same course with the same teacher. Instead, I need to create another copy of the course. For example, this leads me to have to make 10 copies of one course for a specific teacher in the same school as another teacher who may teach the same course, but with his/her own 10 sections/periods of students.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Choose Matrix LMS. This is a fantastic product for your multi-organization needs.
