What differentiates Crowdstrike Falcon Platform from other similar products?

The intelligence provided is top tier. I have had a great experience with support and customer team. The road map is really looking promising and they take into accounts customers requests into it via a special voting portal where users can vote for and submit product requests.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

How easy it is to manage. I have had almost zero complaints from other engineers in our organization. More often than not I am in a position of showing other vendors that, it is NOT Crowdstrike causing an issue but there own software. I have not had any false positives that have negatively impacted the environment. Real Time Response is an amazing tool.

What do you dislike most about this product?

They have changed the UI three times in two years. The latest UI and menu selection is annoying as it was a pretty drastic change from previous. Not as easy to use and they changed the locations of a few items.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Give the product a try and do not be too afraid of impact. We saw performance increases in several of our more important apps that face our customers. If you understand and can write a bit of Powershell and Splunk, you will be able to easily navigate two of the most important features, Real Time Response and the Event Search.
