What differentiates crowdin from other similar products?

Ease of integration with github, open source support, ease of use for translation volunteers.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Fully automated. I have no upkeep after initial integration.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Can't think of anything. It serves my needs perfectly, and has allowed a one man operation to get quality translations out.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Give it 30 minutes and you'll be convinced. Supports any translation tech I have come across.
