The knowledge of the Software engineer and support really helps make the implementation effective & rapid and the support team has superior knowledge and always available when I need it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It was refreshing to deal with a team that were honest but confident in their solution. They always had time to answer our questions and would update us about the development of v9.1.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

With Diplomat, we have the most instant access to help with any inquiries or problems we may have. Thanks to the intuitive setup of windows, setting up a program is a pleasure.
