What differentiates Codebeamer from other similar products?

What makes Codebeamer stands out from other similar products is is how flexible the configuration is, the default templates can be customize just about every aspect of the workflow to align with your company goals while maintaining regulatory expectations.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Codebeamer offers helpful templates, and importing and exporting data from preexisting spreadsheets works nicely. When you have issues, Codebeamer support are quick to respond and eager to help users get the most of the technology.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The UI could be improved. it's not very intuitive or flexible.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

In my opinion codeBeamer is well suited for any activity where detailed tracking is needed with teams involved. Using codebeamer provides us better control of the requirements management by enabling baselines, history, status and so on.

Customization of trackers and the availability of well documented APIs

Upgrade process could be more efficient

The best ALM but consider the scenario in which you are integrating it. This is good in a big company with dedicated capacity to manage it
