Cloudingo is a cloud-based deduplication and data quality application built specifically for Salesforce. Cloudingo is a fully customizable, easy-to-use platform that makes the pain of cleaning and managing Salesforce data a thing of the past. Cloudingo finds duplicates using user-defined filters. Start with prebuilt filters then create more with the drag-and-drop user interface.

What differentiates Cloudingo from other similar products?

Simple interface

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The support I get from the customer support team, it's made implementing the new tool a breeze

What do you dislike most about this product?

We've struggled to be able to successfully merge objects other than the account and contact object

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We use this tool mainly for deduping accounts and contacts. I've set up dedupe scenarios in the past and this tool by far was extremely must easier to use to set up the same logic. I completely recommend using Cloudingo for running dedupe scenarios.

What differentiates Cloudingo from other similar products?

Allows advanced filters and ways to merge records - whether it be accounts, contacts, leads or lead to contact.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to choose how records are merged by selecting the criteria a record would need to meet to be the survivor record.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The reporting is a bit clunky to navigate.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Consider how much time could be spent manually merging duplicates on a data import project - you will save hours if not days of time if you use this product.

Data Matching Includes fuzzy matching, data comparison, and data merging.

Data Monitoring and Administration Includes ability to continuously monitored data quality rules, as well as generate alerts to notify data stewards when they need to address an issue.

Geocoding Includes geo-referencing, address validation and verification, data mapping, and data append.

Record Management Includes ability for Data stewards to monitoring data quality, taking action to determine the root cause of flagged issues and recommending remediation actions.

Data Profiling Includes statistical analysis of data values to evaluate the frequency, distribution and completeness of data.
