It’s highly customizable, so teams can build workflows that fit exactly how they work, rather than adjusting to the tool. Plus, its pricing is competitive for the amount of functionality it offers.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of ClickUp is its customizability. You can tailor everything—views, statuses, fields, automations—to match your workflow perfectly. It adapts to you, not the other way around.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I dislike most about ClickUp is that it can feel overwhelming at first. There are so many features and settings that the learning curve can be steep, especially for new users or smaller teams.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Start simple—don’t try to use every feature right away. Focus on the basics, like task management and views, then gradually explore automations, docs, and integrations as your team gets more comfortable. Also, take advantage of their templates and help docs—they make onboarding much easier.
