What differentiates Cleo Integration Cloud from other similar products?

Without a clear knowledge of the offerings of other vendors at this time....I know that when we initially decided on CLEO as our solution provider, they were aggressive in pricing, they were really improving the software and working on new features which they delivered in really acceptable if not excellent time frames and are constantly working to raise the bar and add useful features without just bloating all aspects of it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

CLEO interfaces are intuitive and easy to understand for the most part and their support is hands down some of the best we have experienced in my IT team working with many different vendors of different software solutions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Like other vendors, CLEO has also been pushing towards subscription model which renders existing perpetual licensing somewhat useless though at the time the agreement was made it seemed a much better deal. But this is the direction most software vendors have moved and it helps pay for constant improvements and additional features.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would highly recommend seriously considering CLEO for all you data transformation and EDI needs, including working across varying formats or pulling/pushing from/to API or a wide variety of data sharing techniques. It really is the data tranfer multi-tool.

Cleo is a very good solution that will help you cut a lot of costs for your company but the only problem is that its a bit hard to use

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

They have good response for tickets and are able to support you whenever needed.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some of the operations are a bit complex to do and always have to get back to the support for help

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Cleo are good but there are others in the market, do your research and pick the best for you

As per my title, Cleo has a great customer service team that is handling a great product that is easy to use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The favorite thing about Cleo is that it makes going digital a simple and non time consuming task.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Cleo cloud has a lot of products under it, and to be able to use them all then your bill will add up fast.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend to ask for demo account and setup a meeting with Cleo team and they will guide you all the way
