What differentiates Clari Revenue Platform from other similar products?

Clari is a fantastic sales forecasting product that combines AI with easy-to-use forecasting & reporting tools to make submitting and tracking sales forecasts a breeze. I've found that it's easier to use than other forecasting products, we used other tools prior to purchasing Clari, and found that the manager and rep experience to be far superior in Clari. It's extremely easy to train and teach new sales reps how to track opportunities and submit forecasts.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The product is so easy to use and train on. I can spend 30 minutes with a new sales rep and give them a strong understanding of how to manage opportunities and submit forecasts.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I've found that the AI feature doesn't always provide accurate forecasts. If a sales rep has a long history of data, it performs better, but it struggles for new sales representatives and new sales regions.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Buy it! It's an easy to use sales forecasting tool that will provide sales reps with the resources they need to effectively track and manage pipeline.

What differentiates Clari Revenue Platform from other similar products?

The holistic nature of its capabilities are so much more insightful than any other tool I've ever used when it comes to forecasting and pipeline management.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's incredibly user-friendly and easy to navigate. The tabs are all useful, make sense, and provide value at every level

Some of the collaboration features (like allowing access to update shared opportunities) could be improved

This tool is an absolute must-have for any sales organization

What differentiates Clari Revenue Platform from other similar products?

Clari created reporting that truly benefited every level of the sales organization, rather than focusing on one group. They have made it easy for sales guys to use and made them want to look at their dashboards, and they have created reporting that increases transparency and accurate forecasting for the leadership in the org.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The reporting and the AI that is used really increase accuracy in forecasting and help sales guys predict their pipeline better.

What do you dislike most about this product?

At the time, they really only worked with Salesforce, and I am not sure if that is still the case. Young sales orgs are often in Zoho, HubSpot, Pipedrive and/or FreshSales.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure that you can get the right data integrated, and then LEVERAGE THE TRAINING to ensure that your salespeople use and love it. They will once they dive in.
