During our hyperscaler co-sell push, Clari revealed that deals attached to cloud marketplaces stalled disproportionately at legal review. That insight redirected enablement and partner processes
What do you dislike most about this product?
If CRM discipline weakens, Clari becomes an echo chamber. It also struggles when organizations want to model MSP amendments and evolving contracts like classic opportunities

Field compliance. Deal taxonomy. Forecast rhythm. Then let Clari institutionalize those standards

What differentiates Clari Revenue Platform from other similar products?
Clari is purpose-built for what it does. It's an excellent tool for end users to login, keep their data clean, and forecast when necessary. Its even better for the managers to manage those end users. And its even better for operations and analytics teams because all the data is there, dashboards are prebuilt for you, and you can extract the data via API. Very clean UI, easy to setup, easy to maintain. Overall a very low effort tool to keep running.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The UI is clean and you can tell each feature has its function. No clutter, does what you would want it to do. Keeps sales teams accountable to update their opportunities and forecast weekly. Overall excellent tool.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I want to be able to customize the Forecast tab. Over the last few years, Clari customizations had to go through their support. It wasn't a self-service tool, so by the time the request is submitted, and some back and forth, it's likely a week before your customization is deliverable.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Try before you buy! Great tool, I can't recommend it enough.
