What differentiates Cisco Webex Messaging from other similar products?

We have started using Webex meetings for our online video conferences and meetings and I must say that it's just way too smart! It's our super favorite video conference tool that makes us comfortable and at ease. It is easy to use and interact with other members. It’s video and audio quality is top-notch and surely it gives you luxurious feels!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Webex is just perfect! It has all advanced features that you might be looking forward to and some of my favorite ones are background noise cancellation - which I think is a must when you are working from home- we can interact during live session with emojis, we can create presentations focused on content or people, and my most favorite thing is their anonymous polls and Q/A’s by Slido.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The features that are available on Webex meeting are comparatively less than you would get on the app. This is the only thing I found odd apart from that I really like it! I think this is not a big deal and companies can work on that very easily.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a great addition to our company’s online communication. It saves time and we spend less time on learning how to do things. It is equipped with all advanced features and it’s worth a shot!

What differentiates Cisco Webex Messaging from other similar products?

You can use its free version and also a free trial of the paid version if you want to satisfy yourself. It is good from integration to emojis everything is perfect.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is secure most secure and reliable way to communicate for the companies who prior privacy. All your data is end to end encrypted. It has great audio and video quality, screen sharing white boarding, file sharing options and can see up to 25 participants on display at a time. It allow up to 3000 participants which is best to host meeting across the organization. Its connection speed is awesome. You can check is everything working properly before you log in. it is integrated with workspace and outlook sync with calendar and enable you to schedule your meeting easily. You can join a meeting from any device and from anywhere without installing

What do you dislike most about this product?

It work good on mobile app as well but is slow. Screen sharing sometime cause problem and the system may freezes. Meeting cannot be recorded easily.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Webex is recommended for its good audio and video quality but for less than 100 participants as the meeting often lags if there are more than 100 participants. So it is not recommended for larger businesses but for smaller one, it is good video chatting platform.

What differentiates Cisco Webex Messaging from other similar products?

We use WebEx during intra-team conferences as well as review sessions on marketing plan and technical issues. Due to the Pandemic, our employees were able to engage successfully and inexpensively from any place. Aside from that, we utilize it to speak with our clients trying to handle their business challenges through WebEx.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I particularly love the built-in feature of SIP/IP terminals joining even without an additional license, split meetings, study content transfer to Webex education users, PIN video features, many layouts, and so many more.

What do you dislike most about this product?

To improve communication efficiency, I would like the program to have a function for limiting video quality and utilizing less internet activity in large online meetings held outside of the workspace.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Whether you've already used Zoom/Skype and therefore are searching for a more productive conference application with which to engage, I highly suggest Webex Meetings. It offers the best of both services, and its enhanced Webex App beats it in respect of effectiveness and use.
