There is the potential for latency and choppy audio in Wi-Fi dead spots.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
With Webex calling, one can replace their existing PBX network with a globally recognised cloud-based solution while receiving enterprise-based calling.

Good for IM & Collab, but not as good as Teams

What differentiates Cisco Webex Messaging from other similar products?
Ease of use for Instant Messaging, integration with Cisco Phone system, screen sharing if used with WebEx meetings is also good

phone services within the app intermittently loses stored credentials and requires re-authentication to use phone services or voicemail
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're using Cisco Equipment, I definitely recommend this. We were using Jabber, then WebEx Instant Messaging with Phone Services Integration, but we disabled Instant Messaging and are currently only using WebEx for meetings in addition to Teams because we only wanted to use 1 product for Instant Messaging and Teams was a better fit for integration with Microsoft 365 products.
