Compare to other products cisco provides in-depth security, reporting, monitoring, and management. Their support is also highly qualified and very polite.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Their technical support engineers are highly qualified and always ready with the solution.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The licenses cost and renewal costs are a bit high compared to other similar products

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I will recommend this product but its good to decide whether to take it or not by checking the cost.

Cisco ASA 5500 gives us all the advanced security features like advanced malware protection, IPS, URL filtering etc

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Protect data from unauthorized access, Packet Filtering, State full Inspection, Site to Site, and Remote Site VPN.

What do you dislike most about this product?

ASA Having Limited features than Next-generation Firewalls.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Please consider Checkpoint NGFW for Deep Inspection of Packet.

What differentiates Cisco Secure Firewall from other similar products?

It is effective in detection of malicious emails and spams thus eliminating cyberattacks that target our emails although its lagging, low speed, therefore time-consuming during login

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Cisco Secure email is impressive as it is easy and simple to use, it has active detection to threat and immediate elimination, it offers protection against malware, phishing in addition to its integration with Microsoft 365.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It requires training and certification, it doesn’t backup and restore; and it doesn’t show attachment names when exported to a file. With CISCO secure email, its very difficult to access management of spam mails

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is less needed when sending communications which don’t have attachments In the body of emails.
