What differentiates Cisco Secure Access from other similar products?

Cisco Umbrella provides confidence to users that the initial DNS request is checked, approved or filtered automatically via policy whether they are on or off the corporate network. Cisco integrate their individual point products together with other reporting and analysis toolsets, to provide an holistic view of security posture across an organisation.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Cloud delivered and managed Security makes policy changes a breeze and you can react to changing situations almost immediately from any location. Whether you are managing a whole site or an individual user group, the policy format and orchestration point is easy to navigate and control.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Email reporting formats need to improve as they are too basic and don't offer the right level of information.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Consider Cisco Umbrella first before reviewing other vendor options. You'll find that Umbrella is one of the easiest to deploy, manage and keep fully operational. The distributed nature of the Cisco Datacentre's and the Anycast nature of Umbrella DNS services means it has a very high uptime compared to competitors.

You can easily rely on the product features of Cisco Umbrella. It is simple, secure and flexible.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Security Service Edge provides data loss prevention and DNS security which helped our business to grow.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As of now we haven’t faced any issue but Cisco umbrella can definitely improve with the user interaction part.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Business can definitely go for Cisco Umbrella as it provides a great way to secure your data and to run your business with ease. It is also cost effective.
