What differentiates CIMx Quantum MES from other similar products?

The CIMx teams customer service is second to none. They always strive to ensure the product is the proper fit and when something was going to be problematic, they were quick to help come to a resolution that was satisfactory and accomplished all the needs we had. All other companies we have dealt with previously would only provide basic support or videos without paying for individualized assistance. CIMx went above and beyond to help us understand all aspects of the product.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The product is well supported with people that are extremely knowledgeable and willing to share that knowledge. In my opinion, most software of this type are similar but the customer support gives them a huge advantage over all other options.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The product itself had some restrictions that were not customizable by the customer. Although it is clear why it was that way, this is the only true downside I noticed about the software.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Talk to the sales or anyone in the company and explain what you need and they will help you determine if their product is right for you. They truly want to ensure their product is right for the customer's company and expectations.

My favorite aspect of the CIMx Quantum MES Platform is its flexibility and customization. The ability to tailor workflows, reports, and interfaces to suit the specific requirements of different manufacturers is a major strength
