What differentiates Chatfuel from other similar products?

One of the best feature Chat fuel - Its Drag-and-Drop builder for creating chatbots. No coding or any special skill required, simply click on a button, select the options that you prefer and set that up.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is very simple to use, minimum implementation is required, as i said simply click and start using it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

At times my clients do not like the chat bot responses this should be in pipeline for improvement for Chat Fuel team.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Simply go for it, when we were on a trial period we got a great response, post which we considered to use the paid version.

It was a free chat solution that I used to make a chatbot for my college project

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to test and deploy this for free on FB Messenger

What do you dislike most about this product?

the lack of documentation on this product makes things a little difficult to handle

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

the usage cost is a little high, other providers provide the service at pass-through rates for Meta
