It was customizable to our environment.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Should have more reporting and dashboard capabilities. These features did improve over time but there is opportunity to do more.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Focus on project team and support team. Chainsys team struggled with support initially and during peak project months
