What differentiates Cezanne HR from other similar products?

Cezanne HR is an all-around helping hand. It sorts out most of our problems and saves us a lot of time and money.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Software is very straightforward to use with an excellent user-friendly interface. Encourages a greater involvement of the employee and the manager—some of the best customer service I have experienced. The team at Cezanne work with their customers to continually develop and improve the software. They do listen to the voice of the customer. Has the ability to streamline many HR functions. Has everything - is an all-in-one solution.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is one area where an improvement can be made; the interactions available with some of the data on the screen. For example, the ability to filter information on screen to control the order in which I'm viewing it, rather than exporting it to an Excel spreadsheet. However, it is a minor cosmetic point, and as a whole, I think the product offers enormous benefits.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Cezanne HR issues or administer benefits to employees in terms of rewards, which is a positive way of appreciating their performance and commitment. Cezanne HR initiates a learning and development strategy, which increases the expertise and productivity of every staff in a company.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Cezanne HR has dedicated all its abilities in creating working and determined HRM features. The powerful management of human capital, ensuring fair treatment and rewarding brings more productivity.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Cezanne HR has managed the expertise of every employee in a company. More so, the tool continuously increases the knowledge base of staff, by allowing training and development to take action. The rewarding system from Cezanne HR is also credible and fair.
