Finding the appropriate help articles in the Cezanne Help Centre can be challenging at times. The monitoring functionality is difficult for us to use. It's not always easy to find what you're searching for and generate reports across various data sets, but we haven't yet focused any of our training on this area.

What do you dislike most about this product?

This tool might be cumbersome due to its extra capabilities, and occasionally the servers' response times can be delayed. As a result, there may be occasions when the site just hangs, making it unclear whether the request was sent or not. The procedure for adding items to Cezanne HR seems very laborious.

The Dashboard is helpful for providing a quick snapshot of everything they currently have, including incomplete activities that serve as a helpful reminder. It is helpful from a performance perspective because it enables examination of all staff absences from a single location and offers historical proof of this. Email can be used to request reports on newcomers and departing students.
