What differentiates Certinia FM Cloud from other similar products?

customization, ease of use with salesforce, large community and expert consultants

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

cloud based is the best change from QB desktop, it's built on top of the salesforce platform for ease of use, easy to create and run reports, good audit trail/visibility once tracking is turned on

What do you dislike most about this product?

out of the box there is no drillable report, it's not easy to customize without IT or training, some system glitches especially as it relates to payments, I wish there was an easy way to mass amend dimensions

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Good customer service, if you use salesforce then this is a good move as far as a cloud based accounting software that will integrate well, Consider your resources - the set up is not that easy so we hired consultants and even that was a time and money suck, if you require many customizations these will be difficult to upkeep come upgrades, not tailored to non profits so reports out of the box are more for profit tailored.

What differentiates Certinia FM Cloud from other similar products?

I'm new to the industry, so this is my first product I've used. It is great, however! Once I learned a lot through the trainings, it was easy to use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

How easy it is to use after going through trainings. Highly recommend the trainings to anyone who may be unfamiliar with this product.

What do you dislike most about this product?

How it is not simple to use unless you take the time to learn it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you have patience and are willing to learn, it is worth it!
