An amazing tool to manage candidates.

What differentiates Cegid HR from other similar products?

TalentSoft was used in our organization to manage candidates and it worked so well as its integration feature is strong that allowed us to import candidates from the 3rd source platform. Moreover, with this tool, we used to review the annual performance by keeping a record of competence and performances of both managers and employees. Its bulk of amazing features makes it unique from others.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its integration made it permissible for us to import candidates.Its Expense management is unusual and is much helpful for us in carrying out whole process.We can take care of our risky areas with its compliance.Workflow automation.It had modified our working environment.We can manage our candidates easily and even more efficiently.Even we are able to keep track pof attendence and other information too.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There should be more flexibility and customizations.Its mobile access is a bit slow and they should figure out the problem.The scheduling feature needs more advancement.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The company in which I used to work had been utilizing this tool for the management of the candidates and it was good enough to perform its work efficiently. Along with that, it is good to review annual performance so the companies who wanted to make these works gently for them should opt for this tool. A few of the cons I mentioned were not much troublesome.
