What differentiates CData Arc from other similar products?
We used few AS2, SFTP & EDI integration products and faced lots of issues, after started using ArcESB, we are working with peace of mind. Its reduced our lot of manual works thru its automation process.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Automations and retry attemt feature both are the main feature i loving it. Support perspective also excellent, they have excellent support people. we are getting solutions, some time hotfix released in a minium timing. Thank U ArcESB Team.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing. most under ratter product. They have to do few more digital marketing and few more.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We have raise few requests/enhancements like role based authentication and few other. Now they provided the role based authentication feature. Excellent.

Good product that fits with our requirements

What differentiates CData Arc from other similar products?
We use ArcESB as a communications tool for our EDI processes. The biggest deciding factor was the other software we owned is already prepared to integrate with ArcESB. The features and benefits give us the right mix of options when we want to integrate different EDI systems and partners together using the same product. I have not seen many similar products that address it as well.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
That it integrates well with our existing products and allows us to use one software/service for all of our connections. Initially our connection numbers were limited but as we added more lines of communication we are able to handle them because of ArcESB.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Because the software is well integrated with our other produces there is little that we need to configure that is not specified by our other partners. Overall everything that I handle internally is well done.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I think this would be a good option for handling multiple lines of communication and if it is not a requirement of the software you are using to consider it.
