What differentiates Carbon Black EDR from other similar products?

Carbon Black provides lots of information to administrators about what is going on with detections, but also is very non-intrusive to the end users.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The product is very strong and provides fantastic protection. It is also shockingly easy to install and implement.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Products like this SHOULD be difficult for someone to remove, but it shouldn't be so difficult to remove for legitimate reasons (needing a reinstall due to sensor not updating, previous install encountering a glitch, etc). You really have to go through a lot of hoops sometimes to get it uninstalled. Again, this is not necessarily a bad thing, but there SHOULD be a way for administrators to reliably uninstall the software without having to go through so much difficulty or hoops to do so.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are a small business (fewer than...50, for example), this product might be overkill, but if you have a bigger company, a small IT team, or if you want strong protection regardless of business size, Carbon Black is fantastic.
