What differentiates Canvas from other similar products?

Canvas is great for higher education learning and is much more user friendly than some alternatives. It is really good for simulating an online classroom and promoting collaboration.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Everything is very intuitive and it's easy to set up learning and assessments.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are some limitations in terms of features

Great option for higher education learning.

the overall customer support services can be frustrating at times.

the flexibility of the product, the details, and filing support alongside the simple interface makes one want to extend the subscription.

What differentiates Canvas from other similar products?

Canvas allows for more modifications in the parent side of the experience, allowing individual educators to choose how much to share with students and their families.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The gradebook is the section we use the most, as it has the real time grade calculation, but also allows for exceptions and notes, so being forgiving isn't a tech hassle.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The design is a little outdated, especially when paired with basic teacher art. It could use some more theme personalization for different courses.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Spend some time learning how to use it - it's not hard, but it's not as simple or intuitive as Google Classroom.
