Customer service is way better than other competitors. User friendly. Learning curve is negligible

Ease of usability.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's difficult to customise or it's not highly customisable

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This product will get all your work done. You don't need to look anywhere else. Just you won't be able to customise it much. But that's subjective.

What differentiates Canvas from other similar products?

Canvas has more features that allow for user customization and ease of implementation for different items, such as exams or assignments.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I enjoy the ease of use. I rarely had to rely on tutorials to complete certain tasks.

What do you dislike most about this product?

You have to be careful when putting in dates for deadlines as the project will disappear for students if not set for midnight.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I believe it is superior to any blackboard or similar platform.
