What differentiates Canto Platform from other similar products?

Image Relay takes a bit of set up, but the proper set up is so worth it! We have unique tags and metadata standards that help our organization store, organize, and utilize our digital assets. Prior to Image Relay, finding photos, knowing usage rights, locations, expiration dates, and metadata of the like was near impossible. Image Relay allowed our team to organize assets in a standardized way (unique to our business) and utilize features that allow for efficiencies related to uploading, downloading, sharing, locating, embedding, and being creatively inspired by our assets!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of this product is the everyday ease of use for the variety of ways we utilize Image Relay. From providing upload links to our photographers on retainer to embedding images on our website, and creating collections for marketing projects to sending assets for media requests, IR has changed the game for so many of our staff's everyday uses of our asset library.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are a few features I would love to change. Simply clicking outside of a box to confirm a change made would be nice - rather than needing to select "Done" in certain situations. Also, collections sometimes can have a few bugs, but that is not very common.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do a demo! There are so many ways to use Image Relay to help a business get organized! See what the features are and brainstorm how your company might use it. I would also suggest talking to their experienced "librarians." Although my team and I did not use the librarians extensively for set-up (we kind of took the basics and ran with it for our unique needs), I know the librarians are super eager to help with set-up. We ended up organizing our library and checking in with them to make sure our logic in the set-up made sense. Our set-up did make sense, they were rather impressed with our system, & they even asked to use our library in demos!

What differentiates Canto Platform from other similar products?

The ease of use and simplicity of the collection of data is fantastic. It provides a clean and central hub to collect and store all data needed for item set up and marketing needs. As well it's super easy to navigate and has features that allow required access to outside users.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The central hub for all assets is so essential. I work for an organization that operates in different countries, cities and across multiple accounts. So many of the sales and marketing team will never interact or even know what projects each other is working on and what assets are already created. Image relay provides that central hub that is so easy to use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

No complaints, it's awesome!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you've ever wasted time trying to track down assets needed then this is the solution. It's so user friendly and such a key tool, especially for those in sales and marketing.
