What do you dislike most about this product?

On the positive note, Image Relay is chock-full of features, but the one thing I noticed is that it doesn’t have a photo editor. Most of the time, people need to go to other apps just for simple changes, and this breaks the flow of work. Yet another disadvantage is the lack of a dedicated native mobile application, which might affect the availability for mobile teams.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Working with Image Relay has been quite a wonderful experience for the team. Soon, we created a central image library to collate all the images used to integrate and optimize the processes, which are disorganized. Relay uses cloud-based storage, which means that the marketing team's assets can be accessed at any time and from any location, which is valuable in today’s work environment. Moreover, all its security features ensure that all images are secured, which is vital in protecting the brand image.

Canto is considered very feasible for all levels of technical experts, being the most intuitive and user-friendly DAM platform, which makes it unique among the others. It also enables us to create branded portals for sharing the asset with their partners or clients securely.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to structure assets by the use of folders, tags, and metadata is the one feature that has had my interest from the beginning till now. It helped me manage large volumes of files without duplication. Its powerful search engine helped in finding assets instantly. The creation of branded portals allowed me to gain control over our assets across different teams and regions. The dashboard is well-designed, easy to access, and full of amazingly versatile tools.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would only suggest one thing to improve in this tool. The drag-and-drop workflow builders would be helpful if improved.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would likely suggest one to spend some quality time while setting up Canto, as it facilitates its users in long-term practices with multiple ways to organize content.
