What differentiates Bynder DAM from other similar products?
Bynder has been a crucial tool for us in our company that we are using for better assets and quickly locating the material and assets we want. It differentiates itself from all other tools by keeping it as simple and safe as possible. We've used many other platforms, this one is incredibly simple to use from all of them.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The features that may be paired with personalization and branding are extremely amazing. The entire onboarding process was well-planned and effective. The success manager is excellent to deal with after assistance. Ongoing advancements of the product each month demonstrate the dedication to its development. The interface is really attractive and easy to learn and use with minimal information.
What do you dislike most about this product?
A far more user-friendly and straightforward asset management platform overall is Bynder DAM, however, it is difficult to evaluate whether the reports tool is equally user-friendly and adequate to display the necessary factual analysis.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Overall, I enjoy this software since, as an administrator, I find it to be usually interactive and straightforward. Organizing my users and my assets gets easier for me. Some of the reasons I find it difficult are because people in my company ask the system to perform tasks that it is unable to. Therefore, my advice is to kindly study it carefully before placing it where it is genuinely needed.

What differentiates Bynder DAM from other similar products?
It was made clear by the Onboarding Manager exactly what needed to be done and when. They gave us with tools to evaluate and spreadsheets to help us verify the platform's suitability for our purposes. The weekly sessions were fruitful, and the "homework" tasks were manageable. The database is well-built, but it also allows for a great deal of customization.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Our sales and marketing digital asset management system and our graphics digital asset management system needed to be integrated. We required an easy-to-use and easy-to-manage solution. Bynder gives you access to everything.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Metaproperties and permissions may have benefited from a bit more description of how they're used, especially how they're connected. Things didn't exactly go according to plan, so we had to go back a few times and reorganize.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The gateway is well-designed, intuitive, and simple to use. As with the ongoing Customer Satisfaction Management, the onboarding process was good and comprehensive. We've been working with Bynder for almost two years now, and we haven't needed to ask for help once.
