It’s quite practical in how it manages candidates, job postings, and communication in one place. Compared to other ATS tools I’ve used, it feels more tailored for recruitment teams rather than just a generic tracking system. The way it supports collaboration and keeps everything organized makes it easier to manage multiple roles without losing track of candidates.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I like most is how it keeps everything related to recruitment in one place. Managing candidates, tracking progress, and handling communication all feel well organized, which makes day-to-day work smoother. It reduces the need to jump between different tools and helps keep the hiring process more structured and easier to follow. It also makes collaboration easier, as team members can quickly see updates, share feedback, and stay aligned without constant back-and-forth emails.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I dislike most is that the interface can feel a bit dated and not very intuitive at times. It takes a while to get used to where things are, and some actions require more clicks than expected. Customization options can also feel limited in certain areas, which makes it harder to adapt the system exactly to your workflow.
