BST 10 is more focused around the Project Manager experience than other software for our industry.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We love the thought that our decades of data can be used to predict success or potential problems

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are a few things that we have in BST8 that aren't available in BST10 but there are ways around this.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Understand what is driving you to change and ask questions to understand if BST10 satisfies these needs. It did for us.

Some of the naming conventions used is confusing

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure to have someone dedicated to the implementation. There is a lot to learn and having an internal expert will really help.
