What differentiates BST11 from other similar products?

have been using BST since 2001, so can't really compare to other products; but do believe it is one of the best products for project management in the engineering industry. It covers a vast array of useful features for the engineering industry.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish the collections integrated better with receivables; would like to be able to access any collection notes within the receivable inquiry

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Implement during down time and not simultaneously with other major changes going on within your company.
