What differentiates BST11 from other similar products?

Good quality support framework and attention to detail from support teams.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The well-designed back-end and audit tracking and BI Cubes work very well.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The front end is becoming outdated. BST needs to be fully web-enabled, which allows staff that are working remotely to access projects, timesheets, Inquiries etc. from a mobile device.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Have a clear roadmap of what the company-wide implication and future needs may be. Consider business needs for integration with other systems like CRM and HRIS and how this will be implemented.
