What differentiates BrowserStack App Automate from other similar products?

Integration was a cinch, and data collection and reporting make testing a much smoother process than our prior approach.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to easily gather and integrate data from testing to our BI.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Documentation and customer service assume a high level of familiarity with BS's products, which cause some confusion when rolling out App Automate for the first time or when calling with questions.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Be certain you need and understand the huge amount of features, because they can be overwhelming to a novice.

The virtualization of devices.

We need more ways of implementation, with virtual machines for local host usage.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

On the QA perspective, this is the all-in-one tool, so, eyes closed I recommend this for full implementation.
