What differentiates Brevo from other similar products?

Brevo stands out from other email marketing and automation platforms in several ways. Unlike platforms like HubSpot and Mailchimp, which often charge based on the number of contacts, Brevo offers pricing based on email volume, making it more budget-friendly for growing businesses. This is especially beneficial for companies with large contact lists that don’t necessarily send emails frequently.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of the best aspects of Brevo is its automation capabilities combined with affordable pricing. It provides a robust workflow builder that makes it easy to set up email sequences, lead nurturing, and customer engagement automations without the steep costs associated with competitors like HubSpot or ActiveCampaign.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Brevo works well for me, and I haven’t encountered many downsides. The automation and email marketing features are intuitive and effective, making it easy to manage campaigns without unnecessary complexity. It’s also cost-effective compared to other tools, which is a big plus. While some users mention UI or reporting limitations, I haven’t run into any major issues that affect my workflow. So far, it’s been a reliable and valuable tool for our marketing efforts.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Start with Automation Early. Brevo’s automation workflows are one of its strongest features. Take advantage of them to streamline lead nurturing, follow-ups, and customer engagement. Brevo has strong email deliverability, but always warm up your domain, personalize content, and monitor engagement metrics to maintain inbox placement.

What differentiates Brevo from other similar products?

Brevo differentiates by offering everything one needs be it emails, SMS, CRM, and automation, all at one place, all at prices that work for enterprises of all sizes.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I really like about Brevo is that how easy it makes everything. All the tools we need, from email to automation, are in one place & it's just simple and effective for businesses to use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One downside of Brevo is that its more advanced features, like segmentation and reporting, can be a bit basic compared to some competitors.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If someone is considering Brevo, I’d recommend starting with the free plan to get a feel for its features & take advantage of their integrations with other tools one might already use to make the most of the platform.

What differentiates Brevo from other similar products?

At the same subscription, the tool offer a lot of service including live chat, email marketing, SMS and Whatsapp where other provides would charge independently, also Brevo has got good customer care team who responds faster to technical questions

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is easy to personalize messages for marketing within Brevo whether SMS, Email or on WhatsApp by using a name tag which automatically picks the name of the recipient and inserts in the tag placeholder as this shows professionalist and increases trust with our clients . Also Brevo is cheap and easy to implement and configure

What do you dislike most about this product?

You need to recharge the wallet for each service independently like SMS are charged independently, emails and WhatsApp marketing as well which makes Brevo to becomes more expensive in the long run

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Yes, I would recommend Brevo, it is easy, cheap and reliable to use
