What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I may pick where data is saved, as well as how or where collaboration takes place, thanks to its sophisticated features. Because of its fantastic functionality and extensive feature set, Box is favored among all analysts that evaluate EFSS systems. My favorite thing is that it frequently adds new capabilities, features, and advantages to the stack.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Our analysts assert that the system's billing is unclear and that occasionally, at the end of the year, we must pay additional amounts for add-ons that we were not aware of all year long that were not included in the system.

What differentiates Box ECM from other similar products?
It provides the feature of file synchronization on all connected devices. This feature is really good and helpful as it makes our data accessible across all connected devices very easily. It also lets us share our data and collaborate with our colleagues easily and securely with no third party interference.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like this software because it provides a single and trustworthy platform to share, modify, secure and manage all of my enterprise content. It lets the user observe the work process while migrating data. It aids us in teamwork as it is a platform where we can efficiently work together as a team and store all our information easily and reliably.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The signing up procedure is a little complicated as it is very time consuming. It is kind of confusing at first. Some of our employees found it difficult to use and couldn’t get a hang of it.I didn’t like how this depended on the speed of internet on which you’re working.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is easy to use and comes with helpful guidelines. It is a great way of managing and storing your enterprise’s information. Box ECM is a must if you have a large or small enterprise and need migrate information safely and effectively. I am satisfied with it and would recommend it to other people.
