The features and capabilities are very unique. Customer experience is one of the key aspects in business which is enhanced to good level in this application.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the voice bot in this which provides 24-7 automation service. It even lowers handle times and increasing first call resolution rates by routing directly to the source.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Integrating it has been bit tough and solutions take time to produce results.

I would ask them to be patient while integration.
