What differentiates Bonusly from other similar products?

I like many features that bonusly offers which help in recognising the valued employees. Being able to write custom messages to each employees along with being able to recognising them with variable amounts of choice is a good feature.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favourite would be choosing the wide range of gift card options and customisations that are readily available.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes it crashes and gift cards will be out of stock for awhile which I dislike.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This adds to the overall employee engagement and builds peer to peer relations. I would highly recommend this as this would help in creating a positive environment and motivated team who help each other.

Bonusly stands out because it makes recognition visible and engaging for everyone, not just managers. The integration with Slack makes recognition part of our daily workflow, and the ability to redeem points for a wide variety of rewards adds real value.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is how easy it is to recognize peers instantly. I also love that it highlights birthdays and work anniversaries, which makes celebrations more inclusive and timely.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Honestly, I don’t have any dislikes. The platform is intuitive, reliable, and already covers everything I need.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would highly recommend Bonusly to any organization looking to strengthen culture and engagement. It’s simple to use, integrates seamlessly with existing tools, and truly makes recognition part of everyday work.
