What differentiates BMC Helix Remedyforce from other similar products?
Built Natively on the force.com platform, BMC Remedyforce provides a cloud based scalable solution which delivers Service Requests, Incident Management, Asset Management, Self Service, Discovery capabilities. Straight forward to configure, configuration is all handled within the tool which is excellent.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Cloud based solution, provides mobile interface and adopts an ITIL approach along with the CMDB conforming to a Common Data model.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Salesforce experience can be required but has great detailed documentation.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Establish clear business requirements and organizing a good demo of the solution to ensure everyone is on board with the solution.
