BMC Helix Discovery work with tight integration with Helix CMDB. Very reliable and accurate software and asset discovery.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Proper dashboard and data export system for hosts.

What do you dislike most about this product?

limited integration scope

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Please review your companies use case for network devices and server discovery. It best works with Helix CMDB and ITSM.

What differentiates BMC Helix Discovery from other similar products?

It's agentless nature makes the product light and intruitive without "invading" the Infrastructure

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The product is easily scalable, easy to use and to mantain, all in all its a confortable product that gives stability to the end user

What do you dislike most about this product?

The storage capacity can be a limit for infrastructures that needs a large amount of data.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If anyone needs a reliable, light and stable asset discovery product, this is probably his best shot.
