What differentiates Blackboard Mass Notifications from other similar products?

Blackboard is special because it offers many mass notification features, such as voice recordings, translation, texts, phone calls, and voicemails. It integrates well with other Blackboard products, such as the Blackboard website and app. We can easily use Blackboard to send push notifications to users with the mobile app, and all the information can also be accessed at a later time through the app.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of the product is the ability to quickly select different groups of people to send the same message to. Rather than having to copy-and-paste the same information for each group, I can simply select all applicable checkboxes. I also like how notifications can be scheduled; this greatly improves our efficiency.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The one thing that I've found difficult with Blackboard is the ability to keep our lists up-to-date and contact information relevant. There have been difficulties with syncing, but that's also not entirely Blackboard's fault.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I strongly recommend this product. It is essential, especially for emergencies or when your community speaks more than one language. If you are already using other Blackboard products elsewhere, this is a no-brainer to add on to your package.
