What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The high degree of customizability.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some standard shapes in diagrams could be mour "up to date". Fortunately, HOPEX EA allows you to create your own shapes to use.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
