What differentiates Bizzdesign Hopex from other similar products?
Inventory of all the applications and how they relate to each other
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The way you can see dependencies between applications. The availability of the CSM and SDM team to address questions, concerns, comments.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The visual part of the symbols is not so easy to change including the colors. Connections and/or relationships cannot be changed even if they are enabled for customization.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Be in constant communication with CSM and SDM from the beginning, implementation and administration of the tool, in order to know the good practices to be implemented in the organization.

What differentiates Bizzdesign Hopex from other similar products?
Its portal where is published the Enterprise Architecture adds a lot of value in terms of not depending on specific area to share information.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the user interface. I like that the tool is intuitive. I like the way the process, risk, internal control elements are published to the organization.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I like everything. I don't have anything that I dislike.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
From the beginning of the project I would advice work as a team.
