BigMarker, unlike GoToWebinar or Zoom, is a cloud-based platform that does not require users to download any additional software. Participants are more likely to attend.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Integration with email software, CRMs, and other tools is good in BigMarker. Incoming and outgoing webhooks are also well implemented.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Mobile responsiveness is not quite there for BigMarker's webinar pages. Custom CSS can still be used to fix this. If you use a different landing page, then this may not be an issue for you.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

As a whole, BigMarker is a great tool with lots of customization options. In my experience, it's the most flexible webinar platform I've seen. I would say that it easily beats webinar platforms such as GoToWebinar, Zoom, and On24

What differentiates BigMarker from other similar products?

The ability to add slides and calls to action in the middle of a meeting or webinar. They remain one of the only platforms that do. The fact that it has built-in marketing automation features makes it a great marketing tool as it eliminates the need for multiple platforms. It is also easy to use, which is always a bonus. It is a very simple way to organize online meetings without downloading other programs. CSM teams help configure the platform so you don't have to worry about learning the interface. Given the full range of functions, the price is also very reasonable.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Most importantly, I love that I can automatically send reminders to my attendees before a webinar starts and thank them afterward. It's really amazing. I loved how I could customize the event platform to really make it a brand experience. Specifically, I really liked the 2D lobby, how I could incorporate the ad banner under the main stage and take advantage of the gamification features. I liked that it is very easy to use. I am constantly impressed with the quick responses and friendly attitude of the support team. Overall, I think this webinar software is a great option for anyone hosting webinars.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It was hard to find where to do the edits or even the naming conventions were complicated as it was all called a webinar, but I was hosting an event.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It allows you to have fast, secure and recorded meetings and create content snippets. Try it and you will be amazed. I recommend this platform and its excellent support team.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The platform looks much cleaner and easier to use compared to others we have used, I love that I can customize a lot, I can add surveys, it allows us as users to create data visualizations and see performance metrics in real time, as well as its design. This page is so complete and authentic, different and very striking, it easily attracts the attention of users to be able to carry out optimal communication, I also love the different types of webinars that can be created, it is very simple, easy to use and has all the features you might need to host your first webinars.

What do you dislike most about this product?

So far this product has not presented me with any problem that is of great importance, there is no real disadvantage that I can think of, I have nothing negative to say about it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I consider it a very complete program that provides the user with a large number of functions to handle advertising in a professional way, it is undoubtedly the most practical business solution that can be had in terms of knowledge information systems and business meetings, it is a highly recommended product.
