What differentiates BigCommerce from other similar products?
It is the most epic platform for selling products both online and at the retail shop. Thus, this software helps you in many ways and keeps your growth on track.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
BigCommerce is the platform that enables the integration of multiple systems. Along with SaaS capabilities, the team collaboration that this tool offers is just to the next level. So, another best thing I liked so far is that it is not at all an open platform and you don’t have to employ someone for the software house. The website theme is difficult to upgrade and the notifications are hard to regulate using this software.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The most annoying thing about this system is that you cannot get instant customer guidance or support. Thus, you have to deal with the worse situation on your own. Additionally, the software is not good for client communications and there are very limited options available in this concern. Another drawback of this platform is that you will need to pay extra costs for additional integrations with other platforms.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Yes, BigCommerce is highly recommended for use and it will bloom your enterprises.

Perfect ecommerce plug in for non programmers

What differentiates BigCommerce from other similar products?
Before choosing bigcommerce our team looked at woocommerce, and even thought of changing completely to a different platform (shopify, wix etc.) but when we tried out the other plugin, we realized that bigcommerce was much easier to implement, much easier to list products. so, it made the decision easier.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Love the way we can add videos to our products. love the abandoned cart flow.
What do you dislike most about this product?
we had to upgrade from the cheapest plan so we could take advantage fo features such as customer segmentation, so it's a bit pricey, but worth it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
When you're considering a plug in for Wordpress, don't just look at the price per month. Look at the features you want. Look at "who" will be using it. and how much time you want to invest in set up. Bigcommerce went very quickly and intuitively.
