Other software are complicated to use and expensive.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Application can be used while crushed the server which is not available in others.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Cloud and on premise should be with single agent while any customer want both on premise and cloud backup.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
