What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has amazing features for managing backup and restore functions of information, making this process practical and simple. The programming process, although robust, with proper management, allows us to adapt the system and implement it correctly on our devices. It allows us to automate the entire process, from backing up information, keeping it safe, collecting all our data again, avoiding manual and slow data management, management from any device avoiding errors and excess work.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It has many positive things, however, among the things that has interested us has been its lack of flexibility in programming since it does not open a range of options and configurations of backup copies, it is limited to basic aspects, it would be nice to have a little more than that. Its interface can be overwhelming and not very intuitive, at first it is heavy and not very intuitive, it can take a long time to adapt and configure it for new users, it takes time to learn how to handle everything, however, it is possible to achieve it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend taking the necessary time for the initial programming once you start using the platform, trust the process, follow the step by step, resort to customer service support as many times as necessary, until you feel confident about making copies and backups of the information, although the learning curve is steep, it is always possible to achieve a pleasant handling of the platform.
